| Delivering A Spectacular Experience Every Time! |
| | | | A compliment is an expression of praise, commendation or admiration. It is PSAV's goal to produce an event that gives our clients a sense of pride in selecting a partner that allows them to experience a worry-free meeting. The following are a few comments from our hotel partners and customers. We hope to add you to our resume of raving fans! | |
 | "I am writing to express my deep appreciation for the attention and concern shown to me by Elaina Gregoire. I was an attendee at FSAE that was held at the Hyatt Grand Cypress in July, also in charge of the VIP reception that was held in Cascades Restaurant. As part of our theme “In it to Win it” we decided to play a game of “One Minute to Win It,” as shown on TV. I am not the most “techie” person, I know what do to when a computer is turned on but as far as setting up a laptop to an LCD making my computer go to full screen etc., I am certainly no pro, nor do I try to be. I approached Elaina when I arrived to the room and asked for her assistance with plugging in my computer to the LCD so it showed on both screens with a simple stop clock that I was going to show via YouTube. Ha...simple it was not, at least for me. Some of my computer setting needed to be adjusted Elaina said; it must have been the scared look on my face when she just said "I would be happy to assist you," and that she did. However, Elaina didn’t stop there, she asked what time I would be playing the game so she could be available should I panic at that moment and couldn’t figure out how to work something (of course she never said that, but that’s the way I was feeling). When it was game time, she never left my side; WOW what awesome customer service. The game was great, everyone had fun and Elaina was right there for me the whole time!
I believe customer service is no longer about telling people how great you are. It’s about producing amazing moments in time, and letting those moments become the focal point of how amazing your company is, told not by you, but by the customer who you thrilled. They tell their friends, and the trust level goes up at a factor of a thousand. Think about it: Who do you trust more? An advertisement, or a friend telling you how awesome something is?
Elaina’s commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with PSAV whenever the need arises. Don’t let that girl go or I might have to steal her to my resort!
Thank you for taking the time to read my comments." — Kristen

 | "SAIC has engaged with PSAV on several projects over the last few years and we have received superior service and event support numerous times. However, our latest Leadership Week was by far the best event to date. The attention to detail, quality and timeliness of support before and during the event and the ability for PSAV to be as fresh and engaged the last day of the four day grind as they were the first morning was tremendous. PSAV's understanding of our needs and incredible personal attention and service allows us to continually reduce internal time and cost as we further our trust and appreciation for PSAV's offerings. We have shorter lead-up times, which results in us being able to accomplish more with fewer costs and this has been a significant help in a continually challenging business environment. In addition to the customer service and technical support, what really has put PSAV above the fray is their passionate and creative support of our needs. They have produced content and suggested design ideas that have been highly regarded and have greatly improved the experience of our attendees. It is a pleasure working with such talented and creative professionals and I really look forward to working with PSAV in the near future on even better events! Please recognize Javier Flores - I can't express enough how much we not only appreciate and rely on Javier, but we think the world of him personally. His professional behavior and dedication to the same values we share at SAIC have made him an important member of our planning and execution team. He always seems to be the first to show up, the last to leave, and is as comfortable helping the senior leaders of our firm prep for a briefing as he is mentoring some of his junior staff on how to wrap cables properly. He is without airs and tireless and he is one of the main reasons SAIC has decided to contract with PSAV on some crucially important events over the past few years. I would call him in an instant with any event we were hosting whether large or small because he understands it isn't the size of the event that matters, but constant and persistent dedication to excellence that we expect and admire. Billy Hughes and Greg Brandon - Some of the newest PSAV members we've had the pleasure of working with are "Skip" and Greg. They both have great potential and skills above what you'd expect from a younger employee and I can congratulate PSAV on making quality hires. They went above and beyond the last few months for SAIC and this most recent event we took a risk and let them create some new content for our event. It was a risk for us, and the overwhelmingly high praise we heard back from made it apparent to the 800 or so attendees that PSAV was much more than a technical services firm, that they are truly a creative and exceptionally talented bunch. When the guests see the staff giving it 150% for the meetings, it makes them feel that the whole of the event is top-notch. Those two younger employees made SAIC look good. Dave Stout, Tom Drozd- Both of these seasoned professionals were extremely helpful again in executing our event this spring. Dave is so quick and knowledgeable and he has proven time and again to have great suggestions and a "can do" attitude. If any issues large or small arise, he jumps right on the problem and provides quick solutions. Tom as well has that creative spark and has done a fantastic job with lighting design and technical execution for a series of events. He is a solid asset and seeing him in the room fills me with confidence. The Whole PSAV Crew - Please extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to your hard-working and well-managed team for the best event yet, especially to those I have not mentioned by name. Your team has set the bar higher again and we are looking forward to continuing a long and fruitful relationship with PSAV." — SAIC | |

 | "My staff and I recently hosted a six day conference (May 22-26) for over 500 people at the Renaissance and had an exceptional experience. The facilities were great, the food wonderful, but most importantly, your PSAV staff was beyond amazing. I wanted to send you a brief follow-up to commend your crew. I worked in event management for many years and can greatly appreciate a job well done. Saul Contretras and the remainder of the PSAV staff went above and beyond to support our somewhat complicated A/V needs. Every room and event were set to specifications and the staff was friendly, helpful, and proactive. When we ran into any small hiccups, there was a PSAV staff member on hand before we even made a phone call. They epitomized professionalism and made customer service at the forefront of their work. I did not have to think about A/V the entire week, which was a huge help in running the conference. In particular, I threw a big curve-ball to the PSAV staff about an hour before our largest event and they made the changes happen quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. The event went off seamlessly. We heard from countless attendees that the Seattle NASSM conference was the best they had ever attended. They loved the hotel facilities, location in the city, as well as the staff interaction throughout the week. Our organization (UW Center for Leadership in Athletics) was able to make a strong, positive impression on attendees. We couldn't have done it without your staff. We are hoping to have another conference in the near future and would not hesitate for a moment to host it at Renaissance and utilize PSAV. Our experience was outstanding. Thank you very much," — Hannah Owings, University of Washington | |

 | | | "... Since the hotel brought in PSAV as your new production team, I'd like to take the time to let you know that PSAV did an outstanding job in providing us with first-rate, full-service production services. With performances by the top names in music, rapper Flo-Rida to rock icon Patti Smith and her band, and panels featuring Quincy Jones, Ludacris, Justin Timberlake, Bill Withers and John Mayer, the production values for our Pop Awards and EXPO have to be excellent. From staging to video graphics to live sound, we need the most professional production values possible. Damien O'Donnell and Maurice Sams truly delivered on every promise. No detail was overlooked over the course of our 4-day event and over 2,800 participants. Every last minute addition or change was met with the utmost of professionalism and expediency, all within our budget guidelines. Also, Maurice did a terrific job interacting with our top talent, giving them and us great confidence and a much-appreciated level of comfort. The PSAV team's expertise is all technical matters - from a panel utilizing the full capabilities of Pro Tools to an awards show featuring some of the top names in the music industry, as well as their overall execution of all of ASCAP's various logistics, gives us full confidence in their abilities to handle anything we need for our future events. Since PSAV is relatively new to the Renaissance and was completely new to our show, I wanted to be sure to give you this feedback." — Lauren Iossa, Senior Vice President of Marketing, ASCAP | |

 | "I have been an event planner for the past 28 years working mostly with non-profit organizations. Our desire is always to get the best product/service for the least amount of money. In many cases, that means finding vendors that will either donate their services or provide services at a greatly reduced price. For audiovideo services, that means finding churches or other outside organizations but not in-house AV services.
However, that is not the case when I have an event at the Hotel Palomar in Dallas, Texas. My first event there, two years ago, I brought in outside equipment but discovered one of the rented pieces did not work properly. As a result, I was introduced to your on-site representative, Eric Williams. Eric was extremely helpful and provided not only sound advice, but helped solve my problem at a reasonable cost.
The next year, I decided to purchase a few more items from Eric and again found him to be extremely helpful and provided me with exactly what I needed and more. As before, I found his pricing to be as good if not better than what I was getting from outside vendors. Two weeks ago, I used Eric for nearly all my equipment needs and he did not disappoint.
Frankly, one of the reasons why I never use in-house AV companies is that I don’t always feel like I can trust the company or their representative. With Eric, I have found a man of great character and integrity and when he commits to doing something, he does it and for the price he quotes. I’ve often seen him go above and beyond to meet the needs of the client. Eric is an extremely hard worker and he has never made me feel as though any question was too small or too insignificant. He is extremely conscientious and I enjoy working with him very much. He is truly an exceptional vendor and a credit to your company. I will be using him and PSAV services entirely for another event on Friday, March 23.
I can definitely say that working with Eric has made me more open to working with in-house AV companies with the other 124 events that I do per year and would definitely work with PSAV if more of its representatives were as outstanding as Eric Williams – which I’m sure they are. Thank you for providing such outstanding service and an exceptional employee." — Jim Dimpsey, National Director, Campus Crusade for Christ International

 | "Once again, thank you for all your help. You are one of the biggest reasons why this show was a success. I promise that because of you, I will always recommend PSAV to everyone of my customers. Anyone can bring a microphone and a flat-screen TV at a discounted price but you brought "heart" to this show and for that, we will be eternally grateful. Kudos to your entire team for executing a flawless production! Really hope that I get to work with you again and even if we don't, please let me know what I can do to support you and PSAV. You really helped make our event a huge success and I will never forget that. Have a terrific weekend and I will be in touch." — Shahab Abbas, Director, Global Accounts, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International | |

 | "I wanted to send a note to extend my/our sincerest appreciation for a truly spectacular Kimpton National Sales, Catering and Revenue Meeting at the Firesky Resort and Spa in Scottsdale last week. We benefitted greatly from our partnership with PSAV and your team took this already high-end meeting to another dimension. My teammates, Kathleen, Suzanne and I take this meeting very seriously and so we wanted to tell you how terrific your team was and give a huge shout out to Brady Hodge.
Brady has worked with us on our last few National Meetings and honestly he is incredible to work with. His dedication to excellence, commitment to bringing our vision to life and professionalism are top notch. Additionally, he is fun to work with and, as you know, that makes all the difference when you are under pressure to deliver a quality meeting. You should be incredibly proud of Brady and the entire team.
In our industry of hospitality, it is important to stop and take a moment to recognize those that are quality people and Brady and the team are just those people.
Thank you so much." — Christine Lawson, Vice President, Sales, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants

 | "I don’t know where to begin, but I’ll start by saying a huge “Thank you.”Your team hit it out of the park this week. Our program was great, but your guys helped us take it to a whole next level. From start to finish, the work your team did was seamless. It really clicked and went well. Every corner I turned, the PSAV guys were there… whether we were in the ballroom, whether we were in the breakout rooms, or whether it was off-site. They were just great. And so, again a great big “Thank you.” We worked hard to give PSAV a lot of plugs along the way; one at the beginning, one sort of mid-stream, and a big plug at the end. We also took a very nice picture with your team and my Bluewater team and I think it was really great. I tried to make sure I individually thanked everyone of your team at the end of the day. Thank you again." — Chris Hunsberger, Four Seasons' Executive Vice President - Technology and Innovation | |

 | "I just wrapped up my second conference at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami. I have nothing but the highest of praises for the PSAV team there, headed by Alexandra Jones. For the record, I really hate to give perfect evaluation scores. I am very particular about service, work ethic, and value for my clients. But, alas, I literally have no choice but to give solid "7's" across the board for PSAV at Eden Roc. A few comments: • Alexandra Jones. Far too often, the "sales guy" walks away after contract signing. Alexandra really played more of an "executive tech director" role in that she was always available to ensure I got what I needed. I've been a Producer for twenty years. I've done gigs on five continents. Alexandra Jones is the best I have ever worked with. It's as simple and stunning as that. • Jon Fuller may be the hardest working guy in the A/V business. And his creative dabbling into "mapping" already has me thinking about designing next year's show (again at Eden Roc). I’d love to see what he could do with mapping on the main stage. • Speaking of, my Main stage crew was excellent. Jocelyn's gracious manner makes her a joy to work with. I trust her at the board implicitly. Pat's lighting looks were exactly what I had in my head; he’s an artist with light. And Alex's handling of the image mixing was flawless. Most impressive to me, though, was their commitment to excellence. When the client…shall we say, came in less than prepared, without a moment's hesitation, they agreed to stay until we got it right. Six hours later, they were still with me, not one word of complaint, completely committed to doing the job right. What a crew. • My breakout team of Major, Lohen and Chris provided exactly what I asked for: professional, courteous, and technically excellent service. • To the many other PSAV guys I saw hustling around, but didn’t get their names, Great job. From top to bottom, a responsive, professional crew. The highest praise I can give? I want every one of them back next year. It's important for the leadership at PSAV to know about these individuals and how they function as a team. I’m bringing the client back to Eden Roc because of their work. They deserve whatever appreciation you can give them. Just don't take them away from me." — Mike Vayda, Vayda Productions | |

 | "Several weeks ago I flew to Houston for an important business meeting with Memorial Hermann. Like my previous visit, I chose to stay at Sugar Land Marriott Town Square. Unfortunately, however, there were last-minute things that needed to get done, and not as much time for final preparation for my meeting. I found myself in a serious jam - in your business center. Enter Ryan Cooke (of PSAV)... who saved the day! Ryan helped me get my last-minute things done, quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully. I left for my meeting very well prepared, and feeling VERY appreciative of Ryan, and of Marriott for having him there. Hence, I wanted to take time from a very busy schedule to thank you, Mr. Newbrand, and to tell you of the helpful heroics of Ryan Cooke. I will plan on staying with you again, in large part because of Ryan. Thank you again and best wishes to you and yours!" — Miss Wilson Farrar, Wilson Farrar, VP Business Development, Direct Commerce, inc. | |

 | "Jeff Webb and his team, Joe Keith and Dan Esparza, did an amazing job and made me and my company look great. They were attentive and spot-on. They should be highly commended and rewarded for the great services they provide. Definitely a first-rate team and I would work with them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!" — Gallagher Bassett Services | |
 | "I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with Bobby Zullo. He attended my first site visit to the BBCR and was very helpful in telling us what our AV options were for the Commodore Room. He worked with me on the pricing, which I was very appreciative. His attention to detail was incredible. He was extremely easy to work with and acted like a true professional. I look forward to working with him in the future. Please recognize: Bobby Zullo, Sales Coordinator and Tim Black, Director." — Lincoln Financial Group

 | "Entire staff was very accommodating and nothing ruffled their feathers. Patrick was very responsive & answered questions thoroughly during the planning. Oliver was very accommodating (we had a last-minute change that required a projector set up in a very short time frame between presentations. He was on time, set up quickly, and was very gracious). During set up, another gentleman helped us. He explained everything to me — what was completed, what was still to be done, and when it would happen." — WhiskeyFest | |
