A compliment is an expression of praise, commendation or admiration. It is Swank Audio Visuals' goal to produce an event that gives our clients a sense of pride in selecting a partner that allows them to experience a worry-free meeting. Since the hotel brought in Swank Audio Visuals as your new production team, I'd like to take the time to let you know that Swank did an outstanding job in providing us with first-rate, full-service production services. With performances by the top names in music, rapper Flo-Rida to rock icon Patti Smith and her band, and panels featuring Quincy Jones, Ludacris, Justin Timberlake, Bill Withers and John Mayer, the production values for our Pop Awards and EXPO have to be excellent. From staging to video graphics to live sound, we need the most professional production values possible.

Damien O'Donnell and Maurice Sams truly delivered on every promise. No detail was overlooked over the course of our 4-day event and over 2,800 participants. Every last minute addition or change was met with the utmost of professionalism and expediency, all within our budget guidelines. Also, Maurice did a terrific job interacting with our top talent, giving them and us great confidence and a much-appreciated level of comfort.

The Swank team's expertise is all technical matters - from a panel utilizing the full capabilities of Pro Tools to an awards show featuring some of the top names in the music industry, as well as their overall execution of all of ASCAP's various logistics, gives us full confidence in their abilities to handle anything we need for our future events.

Since Swank is relatively new to the Renaissance and was completely new to our show, I wanted to be sure to give you this feedback.

"Thank you to everyone who assisted with the Democratic National Committee Fundraiser and hosting of President Barack Obama last night. The event was a huge success, and the clients were absolutely floored by our hotel’s staff and service. "We just had a very successful July 4th weekend and the Swank team here in Tucson supported by several of their team members from Phoenix contributed significantly to that success.Live and recorded music were an integral part of our weekend festivities along with a traditional July 4th fireworks extravaganza that we sponsor for the Town.Our on-site Swank Director of Audio Visual Services, Fred Dickinson, has done an exemplary job with our A/V needs and we felt confident to call upon Fred and the team to support our efforts with staging, light, and sound equipment along with their operating expertise.

Working with Swank was a pleasure throughout our entire conference. Vasco was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. Being that we are a nonprofit we had a very tight budget and Vasco did everything he could to work with in our budget and get to a number that we were comfortable with. I told him what we needed and he came up with the best way to get the job done at a reasonable price. The entire team was always available throughout the conference. They were quick in responding to last minute requests and issues that our presenters had and were always there to offer solutions to any problems that arose.
