The PSAV Service Standards are the method by which our team ensures that we deliver consistent quality service throughout the entire organization. All team members view these standards as a priority and utilize them in their decision-making process no matter their position within the company. PSAV uses the alignment of these protocols to ensure our product delivery systems to our team members, our equipment, and the facilities that we serve or venues where we conduct business.
All team members will properly maintain equipment, tape down cables and adhere to all established safety procedures. Set-ups will be complete to ensure safety of presenters and attendees.
PSAV will provide the latest and most up-to-date equipment that is properly maintained by our team members so that it is properly functioning and cosmetically appealing. Team members are empowered to pro-actively request new equipment at all times to meet this standard and ensure our guests receive the latest in new technology.
Team members will be skilled and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They will execute all time-lines in a positive and proactive manner.
Team members will consistently and pro-actively demonstrate confidence and empathy with a positive attitude to show a continual sense of urgency for every event and every guest’s request. All equipment will be set and pre-tested at least one hour prior to event and the 10 Steps of Audiovisual Service and 2/1/2 Program will be delivered to every guest, every day. Team members will be empowered and accountable for the complete success of every program and will greet and thank the guest with vigor and energy at all times, including on the telephone.
Team members will work together with the guest and Hotel in a proactive pre-planning effort and offer creative ideas for each event to solidify repeat business and create relationships and Raving Fans.
