SAFETY
All team members will properly maintain equipment, tape down cables and adhere to all established safety procedures. Set-ups will be complete to ensure safety of presenters and attendees.
EQUIPMENT
Swank will provide the latest and most up-to-date equipment that is properly maintained by our team members so that it is properly functioning and cosmetically appealing. Team members are empowered to proactively request new equipment at all times to meet this standard and ensure our guests receive the latest in new technology.
PROFICIENCY
Team members will be skilled and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They will execute all timelines in a positive and proactive manner.
CONCERN
Team members will consistently and proactively demonstrate confidence and empathy with a positive attitude to show a continual sense of urgency for every event and every guest’s request. All equipment will be set and pre-tested at least one hour prior to event and the 10 Steps of Audio Visual Service and 2/1/2 Program will be delivered to every guest, every day. Team members will be empowered and accountable for the complete success of every program and will greet and thank the guest with vigor and energy at all times, including on the telephone.
CONSULTATION
Team members will work together with the guest and Hotel in a proactive pre-planning effort and offer creative ideas for each event to solidify repeat business and create relationships and Raving Fans.
