Mobile Event App
PSAV’s innovative Web-based event app, Mobile Meeting Manager™ (M3), makes accessing itineraries and agendas fun, while also saving you time and money. With M3, attendees can use their smartphones and tablets to access meeting times, speaker biographies, information about other attendees, exhibitor lists and maps, and more, as well as using M3 to build a personal schedule.
The appearance and content of M3 are completely customizable, and our experienced, dedicated customer service team will take your content in any format and develop the app for you, saving you valuable time. Enjoy the “green” benefits of M3 and reduce printing and shipping costs, while eliminating reprints. You can even generate revenue by selling Banner Ads to sponsors and exhibitors. M3 works on most smartphones and tablets, and no downloading is required. Development of the app usually takes about a week, and revisions are easily made during the event and are automatically updated on attendees’ devices.
