Scardina started his career with Swank Audio Visuals in 1995 as a Technical Director. His ability to build teams garnered him opportunities to move into hotel directorship roles, as well as Area Manager and Southwest Regional Manager. Additionally, Scardina was one of the founders of the annual high-end training seminars - Technical Academy.

Currently, Scardina oversees and leads all technical and managerial training activities. In addition, he is responsible for creating zone training across the United States, which provides every Swank team member educational benefits from lighting techniques to leadership seminars.

Scardina has over twenty years of experience in the audio visual field, including over ten years of large venue show production with Showtime and Mattel Toys. He has been able to bring the company's team members together through the world-class national training facility, as well as instructional classes offered to the Swank staff in every city, every month of the year.
