Mike Stengel
Vice President

Mike Stengel joined the company in 1995 as Manager of Hotel Services in St. Louis, Missouri. Two years later, he was promoted to Regional Manager, followed by Divisional Manager in 1999 and was appointed Vice President in 2001. 

Stengel, a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and a Minor in Business Management, is responsible for the organizational alignment for quality service programs, revenue growth and profitability initiatives and measurements, as well as resource allocation for the company. He also shares responsibility with other members of the executive team for the continuous improvement process of the company, new account sales and instilling the company vision and values to all team members. Stengel is also responsible for direct leadership and support of Swank's South Central Division. 

Stengel is a member of Vistage International, Infocomm and the American Management Association. Among other continuing education, he has participated in Harvard's Negotiation and Dealing with Difficult People courses, AMA's Executive Leadership Strategies, International AMA's Leadership Course, Center for Leadership Study's Series on Situational Leadership, The Disney Institute's Approach to Quality Service and the Center for Creative Leadership's (CCL) Leadership Development Program (LDP).
