Michael Mansell graduated from San Jose State University in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in Radio, Television and Film Studies. After working in the broadcast industry, he joined Swank Audio Visuals in 1994 as an Assistant Director. Demonstrating his talent for developing people and building hotel relationships, he quickly rose through the ranks and was soon a key player in the Northern California market overseeing successful operations at some of the region’s larger properties.

In 2001, Mansell began working as a multi-unit Team Leader and continued to solidify the company’s positive reputation. He was promoted to Regional Manager in 2004, and was instrumental in securing new hotel partnerships and growing the Northwest Territory. Mansell is presently the Divisional Manager overseeing operations for the Western Division, which spans from San Diego, California to Vancouver, British Columbia.
