Lisa Mantia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, with a Bachelors of Arts in Fashion Merchandising. She immediately continued her education, graduating with a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

She joined Swank Audio Visuals in 1996. Her previous experience includes three years with Ernst & Young, two years as Treasurer for a fashion accessory manufacturer and five years with a national department store company, with varied roles including Payroll Manager and Benefits Controller for the Profit Sharing and Retirement Plans.

Her key responsibilities include management of the monthly financial statement close, annual budgeting, financial analysis, incentive plan tracking and projections for new hotel properties. Mantia's past and current affiliations include Finance Committee (past) and Auditor (current) for her church, Bookstore Volunteer Coordinator (past) for Whitfield School and Treasurer (current) for the Casa Quivira Foundation.
