Kellie Russell graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has also earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Russell began working for Swank in 1996 when she moved to St. Louis. She joined the Human Resources team as a generalist supporting several functions including recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, HRIS and payroll. Her key responsibilities now include workforce planning and employment, total rewards and compensation, and human resources development including training, performance management and employee relations.

Prior to joining Swank, Russell worked at the headquarters for OfficeMax in Cleveland, Ohio in Human Resources with various responsibilities including recruiting, on-boarding, retention, benefits, HRIS and payroll.
