Holly Carpenter graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Accounting. Carpenter then went on to graduate with a Masters degree from St. Louis University with highest honors in Business Administration emphasizing Finance.

She joined Swank Audio Visuals in 2000 and her previous experience includes three years with Arthur Andersen & Company, three years as Planning Manager for a national freight and warehousing company, three years as Director of Fiscal Services for a hospital system and six years as Corporate North America Controller and Accounting Manager of two international food manufacturing companies.

Her key responsibilities include management of hotel commissions, compliance with financial terms of customer contracts, coordination of billing procedures at hotel properties and management of credit and collections. Carpenter's past and current affiliations include: Board of Directors for Life Skills Foundation including Key Chairperson for annual fundraising activities (Past), Trustee for Lancaster Estates Community (Current).
