Greg is a native St. Louisan, having graduated from University of Missouri – Columbia in 1980, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. His previous work experience includes five years as Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche and nine years as Chief Financial Officer of Guarantee Electrical Company. He was the initial recipient of the State of Missouri's "CPA of the Year" Award in 1994.

Greg joined Swank Audio Visuals in 1995 as Treasurer and Controller, a time when the Company was serving about 40 hotels and had less than 200 employees. He was named Vice President in 1997 and Executive Vice President in 2002. Greg became President and CEO in 2005, when the Company was acquired by private equity firm American Capital Strategies.

Today Swank Audio Visuals serves more than 260 hotels in over 60 cities across the U. S., Canada and Mexico. Greg leads all company activities with particular emphasis in the areas of strategic initiatives, customer relations and acquisition of new client-hotels.

Greg's past and current civic and professional affiliations include the VP Fair, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Basket of Hope, Arts and Education Foundation, American Subcontractors Association (Past President), Construction Financial Management Association (Past President), Mehlville-Oakville Swim Team (Past President), Point Elementary School PTO (Past President) and Oakville Middle School PTO (Past President).
