Deidra Peiler joined Swank in 2003 as the Regional Human Resources Manager for the Western Division, which includes eight states and the province of British Columbia. Her focus on behavioral interviewing has resulted in hiring valuable employees, while she continues to service current team members with their human resources needs. Peiler developed new training and performance management programs for Swank Audio Visuals.

Including her tenure with Swank, Peiler has worked in the field of Human Resources for 12 years. Her prior experience includes a high-profile Silicon Valley Software company, as well as a well-known juice manufacturer. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors Degree in Social Science. Peiler is currently PHR certified and is working towards receiving the newly published California state specific HR certification.
