Dan Bauman graduated from St. Louis University, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Degree in Accounting (1989). He joined Swank Audio Visuals in 2001. His responsibilities include overseeing accounting, payroll, purchasing, billing, collections, audio visual profitability control and improvement, cash flow management and financial reporting.

Bauman's previous experience includes five years as Audit Manager; three years as Manager of Financial Report/Analysis of a wire and cable manufacturer; and four years at a plastic products manufacturer in a variety of roles including Controller, Director of Purchasing and Regional General Manager. He passed the CPA exam on his first attempt.
