Craig Hill serves as the Divisional Manager for Swank Audio VIsuals supporting Swank's business and teams in the Northeast Division, which includes Toronto, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and the Washington DC metro area. In his role, Hill oversees and manages all aspects involving sales, marketing and operations for numerous hotels.

Hill joined Swank Audio Visuals in 1999 as Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. He was elevated to the Divisional Manager role early in 2006. Prior to joining Swank, Hill worked for The ServiceMaster Company, LLP and Pitney Bowes in various leadership roles. He is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
