PSAV’s innovative Web-based event app, Mobile Meeting Manager™ (M3), makes accessing itineraries and agendas fun, while also saving you time and money. With M3, attendees can use their smartphones and tablets to access meeting times, speaker biographies, information about other attendees, exhibitor lists and maps, and more, as well as using M3 to build a personal schedule.

The appearance and content of M3 are completely customizable, and our experienced, dedicated customer service team will take your content in any format and develop the app for you, saving you valuable time. Ryan has been with PSAV for over two years now. He moved to The Chase Park Plaza in September of 2011 and became Director in March of 2012. Ryan has flawlessly executed many events of all sizes that exceed the expectations of clients and accomplish the exact goal they sought out when they began.

Ryan comes from a background in video production, working in that industry for over eight years. He specializes in shooting and editing, which gives him a vast knowledge of audiovisual equipment, as well as computers. He has a myriad of experience in video editing, graphic design, camera operation and handling computer issues should they arise.

Ben comes from a background in the hotel hospitality industry, working in various management positions since 2001. He has an outstanding understanding of customer’s needs and an excellent focus on upholding our company’s standards. Backing his customer focus with his technical knowledge makes it very easy for our customers to receive the customer service they deserve.

Ben has been with PSAV for six years now. He moved from Assistant Director of Audiovisual Services at the Ritz Carlton Hotel to Director at the Millennium Hotel and has moved to The Chase Park Plaza in March of 2013 as the Director of Operations.
